B. NON-MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:
The services and products offered on this Site are based entirely on Gavin Simpson's lived experience as a neurodivergent individual and professional qualifications (ACMA CGMA).
We are not medical, psychological, or clinical professionals. The content is for educational and self-development purposes only and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
2. Intellectual Property & Limited License
A. Ownership: All content (including the book Binman To Boardroom, course materials, worksheets, and proprietary methods like the 'Spiky Profile') is the exclusive property of Gavin Simpson / Binman To Boardroom Ltd.
B. Limited License: Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
C. Prohibited Use: Sharing login credentials or distributing course files is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Payment & Refunds
A. Payment: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
B. NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL COURSES:
Due to the immediate digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. We encourage you to review course objectives thoroughly before purchase.
C. Physical Books: Refunds are granted only for items damaged in transit.
4. Coaching & Keynote Services
A. Booking: Submission of a contact form does not guarantee a booking. Services are formalised only upon mutual agreement and receipt of payment.
B. Terms: Cancellation fees and rescheduling policies are governed by the specific written contract provided via Xero.
5. Limitation of Liability
You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site. This includes lost revenue or emotional distress arising from the application of non-medical principles.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
