I built this business because I have seen unlocked potential all around me.

I was written off by an education system not fit for the modern world. I spent years believing I was "stupid," yet here I am—an award-winning Chartered Management Accountant who has saved major businesses millions.

On that journey, I met Ian. He was a genius. He worked in a warehouse counting stock, but he was an amazing computer programmer with a mind capable of incredible things. The system only saw a manual labourer. He passed away with his potential locked inside him.

My mission is to ensure that doesn't happen to anyone else. I am here to help individuals and businesses unlock their potential just like I have, and to advocate for an education system that needs modernising for our AI revolution.

1997 - 2003

The First Ascent

Tyre Fitter -> Manager of the Year

I started to realise my potential as I rose from a Tyre Fitter to a Branch Manager. I took on a failing branch, turned it around, and quadrupled the turnover. In 2003, I won the Manager of the Year Award. The raw "engine" was there, but I didn't have the manual yet.

2003 - 2012

The Burnout & The Bin Lorry

The Reset

I didn't truly understand myself. I burnt out in a high-stress management role and spent the next nine years driving a bin lorry. I sat in the cab, believing I had missed my chance. But looking back, this wasn't wasted time—it was the grounding I needed.

2015 - 2023

The Innovation Engine

When I found the Right Environment, everything unlocked. I went from driving that bin lorry to saving a PLC £11m by obsessing over inventory availability. I proved that my Cognitive and Background Diversity wasn't a problem to be solved—it was the engine of innovation.

2024 - NOW

The Advocate & Entrepreneur

I became a finance professional advising 12 Directors at Jaguar Land Rover, overseeing a £50m budget. Now, I am an entrepreneur leading Binman To Boardroom and Neuvantage Business Services, proving that potential is everywhere—we just need to unlock it.

How Did This Happen?

For years, I thought my inability to do "small talk" or my sensitivity to noise were failures. I tried to fix them, and I broke myself.

Then I realised: I wasn't running a broken operating system. I was running a Specialised one. I stopped focusing on what I couldn't do and doubled down on what I could do—Pattern Recognition, Strategy, and Hyperfocus.
