I spent years in manual labour, working in factories, garages, and for nine years, driving a bin lorry. I left the education system believing the lie that I was 'stupid' simply because I didn't fit the mould. A late-in-life autism diagnosis changed everything. It wasn't a deficit; it was a different operating system.
Through grit and self-education, I went from having zero qualifications to being voted CIMA Student of the Year 2024 and a finance leader at major corporations like Jaguar Land Rover, saving them millions of pounds. I’m also a Westminster lived experience expert guiding reform, a renowned speaker and an author as well as running a business consultancy, Neuvantage Business Services.
