Unlock Your Potential.
Transform The System.

The education system was built for the Industrial Revolution, this has influenced how we recruit and value people. This model, however, is failing businesses as we move into the AI Revolution. I help individuals realise their true potential, creativity and individualism that the education system taught out of them, and I help businesses optimise through enabling cognitive and background diversity.

The Narrative

From The Bin Lorry to The Boardroom

For nine years, I drove a bin lorry, believing the lie that I wasn't "smart" because I didn't fit the industrial mold. A late-in-life Autism diagnosis changed everything. It wasn't a deficit; it was a different operating system.

Through grit and self-education, I went from having no qualifications to becoming CIMA Student of the Year and a finance leader at major corporations like JLR and Travis Perkins. Now, I advocate for those left behind by rigid systems.

The ESCAPE Plan

You don’t need fixing; the system needs updating. Use your "chaotic" brain as your superpower. Uncover your true talents. Learn how the environment around you impacts you and learn coping strategies to help. Discover the tools to help you smash the class ceiling and transform your life.

Corporate Leaders

Cognitive & Background Diversity

Groupthink is a liability. Diverse thinkers drive innovation and profit. I help you build systems where diversity isn't just a nice to do or a tick box for statistics but it actually optimises performance and gives you an ROI.

System Reformers

Future-Proof Education

The classroom was designed in the 1900s for factories, the world we lived in was very different. We must redesign education to value the creative, pattern-seeking thinkers and encourage individuals to see their unique strengths despite any struggles. We need a future workforce that works with and complements AI, not people that conform to a standard and are experts in memorisation.
